Follow these simple steps to download or upload files on telegram without actually using your data.

1. Open Telegram App
Open your telegram app. If you don’t have you can simply download it from the play store or app store.
2. Search for @urluploadxbot
Type this ‘@urluploadxbot’ on telegram search then open the bot.
3. Start the bot
Click on the start button. After it will ask you to join the bot channel. Join it and start it again.
4. Send the Link
Now send the link to the file that you wanted to upload on telegram. If you are trying to download a video from the internet. Just right-click on the video and click on ‘copy video url’ and then paste it on that telegram bot.
